To modify your registered member information such as email address, simply take the following steps:
1.
Sign in at My WTExpo, www.WTExpo.com/myWTExpo;
2.
Click "My Information" or "My Company" under "My Profile".
3.
Modify your registered information;
4.
Submit when done.

If you forget your WTExpo.com Member ID, please provide us with your registered email address and as much as possible of the other information that you gave during registration, such as company name, contact name, telephone number, and so on. This will enable us to verify your identity.
 
You can mail your request to customer service.
 
Once your identity is verified, your Member ID will be sent to your registered email address.
 
 
 
 
Sorry, but no. For security reasons, each WTExpo.com account is exclusive to an individual Member ID.
 
However, you can create a new Member ID by re-registering at http://www.WTExpo.com.com/joinnow. If you will no longer be using your original account and Member ID, please send a quick email to customer service to inform them, and we will deactivate the old one for you.

If you wish to cancel your membership, please send us your Member ID and password. This is for verification purposes. Once your identity has been verified, we will close your account.
     
 
  Why can't I change my registered country/territory?

Please be aware that WTExpo.com does not allow our members to change their country or territory registration independently. If the country or territory that you registered is no longer an accurate description of your primary business location, please send your suggested modification to customer service. Our customer service team will then make the change for you.
