If you

the following possible causes: |
|
1. You
have entered an invalid password.
Make sure that "Caps Lock" is not on, and that you
have not included any blank spaces after your Member ID or
password. Password is case sensitive. |
|
2. Internal
server error.
The error message "Internal server error" generally
indicates a temporary network jam or server reboot.
Please close all browser windows and re-start your computer.
Sometimes an "internal server error" may be caused
by a browser problem on your computer if you use a browser
other than IE and Netscape. |
|

How can I keep
my account secure? |
|
| |
|
|
To keep
your WTExpo.com account secure, please bear in mind the following
points: |
|
1. Choose
a password that is easy for you to remember but difficult
for others to guess. Passwords are case sensitive and can
include numbers and characters (e.g.: 1goOd1lUck1) . |
|
2. Change
your password when necessary. If at any time you become concerned
about the security of your password, you can always change
it online. For more information about how to change your password,
please read " How
can I change my password?" |
|
3. Always
sign out completely. If you use a public or shared computer,
it's important that you always sign out completely at the
end of each session by clicking the "Sign Out" link.
Doing this will remove the possibility that another person
could use the same computer to view the contents of your account.
